Items in our collection are crafted by Artist's hands and curated by us, often each one unique and one-of-its-kind. We inspect individual item to ensure quality of each individual product on our platform.

So these products are not clones of each other, and are not of perfect shapes; and there-in lies their Beauty.

Small variations are only human.

Eligibility for Return
All Items, unless labeled as "Returnable" on their product detail page, are NOT eligible for returns.
If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and a video proof of delivery and unpacking proving that item was in damaged condition when received, should be provided.
It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return gets approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take few days before your refund is processed, officially posted and reflected in your statement.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items could be refunded under above mentioned eligibility criterion; unfortunately sale items can neither be returned nor refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for some item, then send us an email at hello@kalantir.com, and we will guide you through process, if possible.

Shipping Return Items
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Trineom Technologies Private Limited, 203, Second Floor, Plot No - 2, Aggarwal Tower MLU, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110078, India.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 250, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we shall receive your returned item.
